Corem Property Group's Board of Directors has appointed Sebastian Schlasberg as the new CEO for its property operations.

Rutger Arnhult will continue in his role as Group CEO and CEO of the listed parent company.
Schlasberg will be responsible for managing and developing Corem's property portfolio and will join Corem’s Group Management Team. He is expected to start in the second quarter of 2026.
Schlasberg previously served as COO at Castellum and has held positions such as head of Asset Management and senior investment manager at Scius Partners, as well as a regional manager at Corem.
Rutger Arnhult will maintain his leadership roles as CEO and Group CEO of Corem, in addition to his position on the company's Board of Directors.
