Simon Tang to drive ESG and office conversion for Savills Germany

Simon Tang has been appointed as director and head of Building & Project Consultancy – Region West at Savills Germany, effective immediately.

Based in Cologne, he will concentrate on creating synergies in technical project management, construction monitoring, ESG-aligned renovation strategies, and office conversions, reporting directly to Draženko Grahovac, CEO of Savills Germany. 
Before joining Savills, Tang led the Cologne branch and the Project Management & Advisory department at Lehmann Consult GmbH & Co. KG for over four years. He also held positions at Hitzler Ingenieure, Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft, and JLL.
