Skanska has announced two real estate transactions in Poland and Norway's residential and commercial sectors.

Brama Miasta Lodz
In Poland, Skanska has divested the second phase of its Brama Miasta office complex in Łódź to the Łódź Voivodeship for PLN 130 mln (€30 mln).
The divested phase comprises around 14,500 m2 of modern, sustainable office and retail space, including a full interior fit-out. A key feature is its publicly accessible patio with amphitheater-style stairs, and its strategic location near major transport links. Brama Miasta is a landmark in Łódź’s New Centre, notable for its distinctive corten steel facade that pays homage to the city's industrial past. The two-building complex offers around 44,000 m2 of leasable area and holds both LEED Gold and "Building without barriers" certifications. This project marks Skanska's third office development in Łódź, following the Green Horizon and Nowa Fabryczna projects.
Meanwhile, in Norway, Skanska has signed a contract with real estate company Nordr to acquire parts of its residential portfolio in Trondheim for NOK 515 mln (€44 mln). This acquisition, expected to close in Q4 2025, boosts Skanska’s residential presence in Trondheim by adding land for approximately 540 new homes. The deal involves direct purchases for two of the three projects, with the third being an acquisition of shares in a joint venture with Coop Midt-Norge.
