Skanska has sold a residential and hotel development on Ørestads Boulevard 31 in Copenhagen, Denmark, to Urban Partners for DKK 608 mln (€81.6 mln).

The handover of the properties is planned for summer 2028 upon completion of construction.
The five-story project spans 13,100 m2, with 8,400 m2 allocated to 210 residential units and 4,700 m2 for a hotel with 143 apartments. It also features a 1,350 m2 courtyard.
Developed by Skanska, the project aims to address Copenhagen's Ørestad area's need for flexible city housing, offering shared facilities and a communal courtyard to foster resident interaction.
The development is designed to achieve DGNB Gold certification from the Green Building Council Denmark. Residents will benefit from excellent transportation links, including proximity to the Metro, regional trains, and a motorway connecting Ørestad to the airport, wider Denmark, and the Øresund Bridge.
