Skanska has sold Equilibrium 2, an office building in Bucharest, Romania, for €37 mln (SEK 400 mln).

The buyer is Magyar Posta Takarék Real Estate Investment Fund, managed by Gránit Asset Management.
The sale, which will be finalised in the first quarter of 2026, involves a building completed in late 2022 with 20,000 m2 of office space.
Equilibrium 2 is known for its sustainable and inclusive design, holding LEED Platinum, Access4you Silver, and WiredScore Platinum certifications, and is currently almost 50% leased.
The entire Equilibrium complex, a significant landmark in Northern Bucharest's Floreasca-Barbu Vacarescu business district, features 3,500 m2of green space and flexible design.
Skanska previously sold the first building of the complex in April 2025 to Gordiusz Private Equity Fund.
