Studio A stands as one of Warsaw's most technologically and environmentally advanced office buildings. It is designed to meet the highest standards of sustainable construction, aligning with multiple certifications including LEED Core & Shell, WELL Core & Shell, WiredScore, SmartScore, and "Object Without Barriers." The development also adheres to stringent environmental standards, confirmed by independent third-party verification as compliant with EU Taxonomy requirements.
The complex includes a publicly accessible plaza that integrates the building into the urban fabric, supported by ground-floor retail, services, and dining options.

The Polish capital consistently attracts investors thanks to its strong economic fundamentals, market maturity, and adaptability to a changing environment. We believe that these advantages will continue to support long-term growth and build market resilience in the coming years.”
