Port7 Prague

The transaction will be recorded in Q4 2025, with property transfer expected in H1 2026.
Located in Prague's Holešovice district, Port7 features three office buildings totalling around 36,000 m2 of leasable space, along with adjacent plots for future development.
The complex, completed in April 2023, is fully leased to a diverse range of companies and has transformed a former industrial site into a lively riverside area with offices, public spaces, and amenities like restaurants and a fitness centre.
Port7 incorporates sustainable practices, including reusing materials from a previous Skanska building and achieving over 40% water savings. It boasts zero Scope 2 emissions for electricity through renewable energy procurement and on-site solar panels, meeting Nearly Zero Energy Building standards. The buildings hold LEED Platinum certification, with two also WELL Platinum certified, and the third expected to follow soon. Additionally, Port7 has received Access4You certification for accessibility.
