Skanska divests rental housing project in Sweden for €49m
Skanska has agreed to the sale of its self-developed rental multifamily project, Traktören 20, located in central Sollentuna, Sweden, to the Folksam Group via KPA Pension.

The transaction is valued at approximately SEK 570 mln (€49 mln) and the corresponding construction contract is worth about SEK 320 mln (€27.5 mln).
Handover is scheduled upon completion in the first quarter of 2029.
The development features 154 rental apartments across five to seven storeys, providing roughly 8,700 m2 of lettable space above an underground car park.
Designed with high sustainability standards, the project targets an energy class B rating and a Miljöbyggnad Silver certification, focusing on minimising life-cycle carbon emissions.
Preparatory site works have commenced, with full construction scheduled to begin in the third quarter of this year.
