Skanska is investing approximately SEK 1.4 bn (€124 mln) in the second phase of its Solna Link office building project in Arenastaden, Solna, Sweden.

This phase, worth SEK 650 mln (€57.7 mln) in construction contracts (to be booked in Q3 2025), will add a 12-story building with around 21,000 square meters of leasable office space.
The first phase of Solna Link is fully leased to AFRY. The complete Solna Link project will total approximately 36,000 square meters and include amenities such as a conference room, lounge, restaurant, café, and bicycle service.
Construction is scheduled to begin in August 2025, with completion targeted for the second quarter of 2027.
The development, next to Solna Station, aims for LEED Platinum, NollCo2, and WELL Gold certifications.
The prime location offers excellent transport links and is close to Westfield Mall of Scandinavia.
