Swedish construction and project development company Skanska is investing around SEK 450 mln (€38.5 mln) into Ängsklockan, a new residential project in Järvastaden, Solna, Sweden.

Ängsklockan
The development will feature 119 condominiums, ranging from one to five rooms, with underground parking offering electric car charging.
Located centrally in Järvastaden, the buildings will surround a green inner courtyard designed for recreation, community interaction, and increased biodiversity. Residents will also benefit from a shared bicycle pool.
A strong focus on sustainability is central to the Ängsklockan project. The buildings will have solar panels on the roofs, energy-efficient facades, and carefully selected construction materials to reduce environmental impact. The project is designed to use less energy than Swedish building standards require and will achieve Nordic Swan Ecolabel certification, a standard for all Skanska residential developments in Sweden.
Construction is slated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025, with completion anticipated in the first quarter of 2028.
