Skanska sells Wrocław office complex for €62m

Skanska sold the second phase of its Centrum Południe office complex in Wrocław, Poland, for €62 mln to Investika Real Estate Fund and Bud Holdings.

This phase of the complex is a 15-story building with two underground levels, offering over 21,500 m2 of office and retail space, plus 215 parking spots. It's conveniently located near Wrocław's main railway station, making it easily accessible.
Centrum Południe was designed with sustainability and tenant well-being in mind, featuring amenities like loggias on each floor and a public basketball court. It uses 100% renewable energy and holds LEED Platinum, WELL Gold, and Object Without Barriers certifications. 
The office space is fully leased to BNY (which achieved LEED Commercial Interiors Platinum certification for its space), and the retail space is leased to Luxmed. 
Construction of this phase began in 2021 and finished in 2023.
