The construction contract is valued at CZK 1.0 bn (€41.1 mln).
The single-phase project will consist of 177 low-energy apartments in three residential buildings, including what will be the Czech Republic's largest wooden residential building. Located near natural monuments and green parks, the project will feature a peaceful courtyard and playground.
D.O.K. Radlice emphasizes low-impact living through energy efficiency, blue-green infrastructure, and a reduced carbon footprint. Using wood in one building is projected to replace roughly half the required concrete, resulting in up to a third less CO2 emissions compared to conventional construction. The project aims for a high rating in the BREEAM sustainability certification.
Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of June 2025, with an expected completion date in 2027.
