Private equity real estate firm Slättö has sold a completed 17,700 m2 logistics property in Norrköping, Sweden, to Southbay.

Slättö Klinga Logistikpark
The facility, located in Klinga Logistics Park near the E4 highway, was developed by Slättö's Evolv platform and finished in December 2025.
This divestment follows the completion of the asset in December 2025 and is consistent with Slättö's strategy of developing premium, environmentally friendly logistics properties.
The property, developed by Slättö’s logistics and light industrial platform Evolv, features solar power and geothermal energy, and aims for a BREEAM Excellent certification.
Lars Axelsson, partner and head of Logistics and Light Industrial at Slättö, stated: “We have worked on the development of Klinga Logistics Park since 2022. We are also pleased to welcome Southbay as a property owner in Klinga Logistics Park. Now that we have completed the first two stages of the project, we are fully focused on attracting new tenants to the remaining development stages, where we can offer premises for logistics and industrial use from 5,000 to 150,000 m2.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Born acted as advisors to Slättö.
