Swedish Logistic Property (SLP) has purchased four logistics properties from DSV for SEK 1.1 bn (€95.6 mln) through a "sale and leaseback" agreement.

These properties, which DSV acquired as part of its purchase of Schenker, are fully leased terminals with an average remaining lease term of just over 7.5 years. The leases are international triple net agreements, generating an annual rental income of SEK 78 mln (€6.78 mln).
Three of the properties, each approximately 13,000 m2, are located in Helsingborg, Västerås, and Borås. The largest property, in Malmö, spans about 25,000 m2. In total, the properties offer approximately 66,000 m2 of rentable space and a vast land area of 330,000 m2, providing ample opportunity for future expansions and new construction.
SLP financed the acquisition through corporate transactions using its own funds and pre-approved bank financing. The company has already taken ownership of the Helsingborg, Västerås, and Borås properties, with the Malmö property acquisition expected to be finalised in December, pending approval from the Swedish Inspectorate for Strategic Products.
Filip Persson, CEO of SLP, said: “Through this transaction, we extend our average rental duration, strengthen our presence in several strategic locations and initiate a relationship with a leading logistics player. At the same time, we see significant development potential in all properties, which is fully in line with our acquisition strategy and long-term business model. With this transaction, we have made deals with a property value of approximately SEK 4.1 bn (€356.5 mln) in 2025, our highest total transaction volume for a single year.”
