Swedish Logistic Property (SLP) has acquired two newly constructed and fully leased logistics properties in Jönköping, Sweden, for a total agreed property value of SEK 266 mln (€23.9 mln).

Jönköping Stigamo 1:42
The acquisition from Aspehof Fastigheter was completed following the completion of construction.
The properties, Vaggeryd Stödstorp 2:30 and Jönköping Stigamo 1:42, have a combined lettable area of approximately 19,300 m² and generate an annual rental income of just over SEK 17 mln (€1.5 mln). The average rental duration for the properties is 11 years.
SLP financed the acquisition through a combination of its own funds and secured bank financing. The properties were acquired through corporate transactions.
Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP, commented: "We are very happy to take ownership of the two properties in strategic locations that further strengthen our presence in Jönköping. The acquisition of these two newly built properties with flexible areas and long lease agreements creates stable cash flows. In addition to the potential for improvement in the form of building rights, solar cells, and environmental certifications, we also see great potential in the collaboration with Aspehof, who are well-established in the Jönköping region, and the opportunity to develop more businesses together."
