SLP to develop new logistics hub in Jönköping for Spobik

Swedish property company SLP has secured a 10-year lease with Spobik for a new 21,600 m2 logistics facility in Jönköping, called Äringen 4.

This project, with an estimated investment of SEK 231 mln (€20.6 mln) and an annual rental value of SEK 16.5 mln (€1.5 mln), is expected to be ready by Q3 2027.

The new building will be a modern, high-standard logistics facility with Miljöbyggnad Silver environmental certification, strategically located near central Jönköping and the E4 highway.

Upon moving into the new property, Spobik will vacate its current 9,000 m2 premises at Hedenstorp 2:1. This existing property, also in a prime logistics location, offers significant development potential. Overall, the net rental income for SLP is expected to increase by approximately SEK 9.5 mln (€0.8 mln).

The project's financing will initially come from SLP's own funds, contingent on the municipality's land acquisition and necessary regulatory approvals.
