Nordic logistics specialist Stendörren has purchased two warehouse and light industrial properties in Uppsala's Fyrislund industrial area for SEK 255 mln (€21.8 mln) from a private seller.

Fyrislund
These properties, totalling approximately 12,100 m2, are fully leased to four tenants with an average remaining lease term of 4.5 years.
The acquisition is expected to generate an annual net operating income of SEK 16.5 mln (€1.4 mln), with the deal closing on 17 December 2025.
Johan Malmberg, CIO at Stendörren, said: "The acquisition is a valuable addition to our portfolio in Fyrislund and strengthens the company's position in a market with continued high demand and stable rental development. The transaction increases earnings capacity and complements our previous investments in Uppsala, creating synergies and improving operational efficiency. We continue to proactively identify and execute deals that support the growth strategy and long-term value creation for shareholders."
