Stevenson heads Montagu Evans’ Residential Capital markets team

Property consultancy Montagu Evans has hired Jonathan Stevenson, formerly Head of BTR and Funding at Knight Frank, as partner to lead its expanding Residential Capital Markets team.

Stevenson brings extensive experience, having advised major clients like CBREIM and worked on significant BTR projects across the UK, including The Octagon in Birmingham.
At Montagu Evans, he will focus on investment, development, and funding advice across various residential sectors, including BTR, student housing, co-living, and later living. 
He will collaborate with the firm's existing specialists, leveraging their expertise throughout the development process. 
This appointment is part of Montagu Evans' broader growth strategy, backed by significant investment in key areas like residential and industrial & logistics.
