TCC and Cain fully lease Rhine‑Ruhr development to GoodCang
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Cain have secured a full‑building lease with GoodCang for Park Kerpen, their 28,118 sqm Class A logistics and business park development in the Rhine‑Ruhr region.

Park Kerpen
GoodCang, a leading cross‑border e‑commerce logistics and freight forwarding operator, will occupy 100% of the scheme, with lease commencement aligned to practical completion and immediate handover. The facility will support the company’s expanding fulfilment and freight forwarding operations across Germany and Europe.
The transaction fully stabilises the development at delivery and reflects continued occupier demand for modern logistics space in one of Germany’s most supply‑constrained distribution markets. Park Kerpen comprises two logistics buildings totalling 28,117 sqm, including warehouse, production, mezzanine and office accommodation.
Located on Hüttenstraße in Kerpen, around 23 kilometres west of Cologne, the project sits on a 46,202 sqm brownfield site within the Cologne Industrial market. The location provides direct access to the A4 motorway and strong connectivity to the A1 and A3, enabling reach to more than 83 million people within a 4.5‑hour drive. The scheme also benefits from proximity to Cologne Bonn Airport, the Port of Cologne‑Niehl and major European logistics hubs including Rotterdam, Antwerp, Liège and Frankfurt.
Maximilian Moser, Senior Vice President at TCC, said the full lease‑up at completion “validates our conviction in the strength of Germany’s industrial and logistics market,” highlighting the combination of prime location, specification and sustainability credentials.
Jon Strang, Managing Director at Cain, added that the result reflects the partnership’s focus on strong locations, connectivity and long‑term value.
Announced in 2025, Park Kerpen was developed to meet rising demand for high‑quality logistics space in the Rhine‑Ruhr region. Construction began in March 2025, delivering two Class A facilities built to the latest occupier and sustainability standards.
