TENN Capital appoints new executive director of CRE

TENN Capital, a company specialising in short-term financing, has named Christian Mathews as its new executive director of Commercial Real Estate.

This move is part of TENN's strategy to expand its lending in the commercial real estate sector, one of its three main areas of business (alongside financial assets and fund finance).

Mathews brings over 25 years of experience in real estate finance, including 17 years at RBS and a decade in private equity, where he advised on complex European real estate deals.

At TENN, he will be responsible for finding and developing new commercial real estate lending opportunities by utilising his existing network and building new relationships with borrowers, lenders, intermediaries and advisers.
