Global alternative asset manager Tikehau Capital is growing its Italian real estate portfolio by investing in a new residential development in Bologna.

Bologna Navile
This is their second investment in the rapidly growing Italian city across various asset classes, making it an alternative destination for institutional investors.
The project, called Atman, is located in the Navile area, near Bologna Central Station and will feature 117 high-quality apartments, underground parking, and ground-floor retail.
It aims to achieve high environmental standards (EPC A certification and NZEB -10%) as the investment fund qualifies as an Article 9 fund under EU regulations.
The investment has been completed through an Italian real estate investment fund managed by Investire SGR, with First Atlantic Real Estate acting as operating partner.
