Tishman Speyer acquires office property in London

Global real estate firm Tishman Speyer has acquired 50 Pall Mall, a Grade-A office building in the exclusive St. James's area of London.

This off-market purchase gives them control of a property originally built in 1913, redeveloped in 1997, and last refurbished in 2006.

The building, currently 87% occupied, offers 3,148 m2 of office space across nine floors. Tishman Speyer intends to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment to modernise the property. This will include improving the lobby, adding a roof terrace, and upgrading its ESG features.

Strategically located near Mayfair, Green Park, St. James’s Park, Piccadilly, and Soho, 50 Pall Mall boasts excellent access to public transport, with numerous Underground lines easily accessible.

The addition of 50 Pall Mall in London follows Tishman Speyer's 2025 completion of Angel Square, a 17,465 m2 prime office building in Islington. Additionally, Tishman Speyer is currently spearheading the redevelopment of Belvedere SW1, previously Hub Victoria, into a 51,097 m2 mixed-use campus in Central London.
