Titania Group names CEO of housing development arm

Swedish real estate company Titania Group has named Wojciech Wondell as the new CEO of its subsidiary, Titania Projektuvettling.

Wondell brings 18 years of experience within the Titania Group, having held various leadership roles in project development and construction.

He is well-versed in guiding projects through detailed planning and construction phases, specialising in creating cost-effective housing with appealing living environments.

Titania Projektuvettling is responsible for developing new housing projects for the Titania Group, focused on developing housing in the Stockholm region.

Titania handles major urban development projects from initial planning to completed residential areas, and typically retains most of the properties it builds as rental apartments under its own management.

Wojciech Wondell, incoming CEO of Titania Project Development, stated: “During my 18 years in the group, I have been involved in developing projects from the first sketches to completed residential districts, which has given me a deep understanding of the entire development chain, from detailed planning work to construction.
