Trammell Crow Company names Gregg Gilbert head of Iberia

Commercial real estate developer Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has appointed Gregg Gilbert to spearhead its operations across Spain and Portugal.

In this role, Gilbert will be responsible for TCC's strategy, acquisitions, and development activities in the region, with a particular focus on expanding its existing logistics projects and venturing into new commercial and residential developments. He will report directly to David Neuman, president, TCC Europe.
Gilbert brings 23 years of real estate experience to TCC, having previously served 14 years as managing director and head of Iberia at PineBridge Benson Elliot (PBBE), a pan-European real estate private equity fund manager. At PBBE, he was responsible for originating, analysing, and managing investments in Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, and the U.K. Before his time at PBBE, Gilbert worked for the global private equity fund manager Colony Capital.
Currently, TCC has four active logistics projects in Spain, encompassing approximately 55 hectares of land designated for various warehouse types, which will provide 360,000 m2 of gross leasable area to a diverse range of tenants. Across Europe, the company has €765 mln in logistics developments and €2.4 bn in residential and office projects either in progress or in its pipeline.
