Trei Real Estate has sold the Königstein City Gallery in Königstein im Taunus, Germany, to real estate and infrastructure investor Slate Asset Management.

Königstein City Gallery in Königstein
The Königstein City Gallery, built in 2007 and centrally located in the affluent town of Königstein im Taunus, is a modern retail centre.
It features approximately 4,500 m² of leasable space and over 200 underground parking spots.
The property is fully occupied by a diverse mix of tenants, with major anchors being German supermarket chains REWE and ALDI Süd, alongside other service and retail businesses.
Real estate consultancy NAI Apollo advised Trei Real Estate on the sale.
Marcel Crommen, managing partner at NAI Apollo, commented: "The Königstein City Gallery is an excellent example of the continued strong demand for grocery-anchored retail properties in economically stable, high-purchasing-power regions – especially in the current market environment. We are delighted to have successfully supported Trei Real Estate in this sale."
