Trei Real Estate unveils €50m residential project in Munich

Trei Real Estate has secured permits to build an 82-unit rental apartment complex in northern Munich, Germany.

The €50 mln Weyprechthof project, spanning across 4,400 m2 will be located on the site of a former beer garden. 
The apartment complex will consist of two buildings, one six stories, and the other five stories. Apartments will range from one to four bedrooms and feature spacious balconies and modern finishes. A two-level underground parking garage will offer 75 spaces, with roughly a third equipped with EV charging stations. There will be restaurants on the ground floor, combined with an outdoor beer garden, while a rooftop terrace on the shorter building will be accessible to all residents.
The building on Max-Liebermann-Strasse will meet the latest energy efficiency standards, incorporating sustainable features like solar panels and a heat recovery ventilation system. These features aim to achieve high energy performance and qualify for QNG-PLUS and DGNB Gold certifications.
Construction is set to begin in July 2025 and finish by 2027.
