Swedish real estate company Trianon has agreed to purchase ten residential properties in Malmö's central Sofielund area for SEK 240 mln (€20.9 mln) from a private property owner.

Sofielund, Malmö
This acquisition, comprising 172 apartments and some commercial spaces across 13,440 m2, aligns with Trianon's strategy to expand its housing portfolio in Malmö.
The properties, with a projected 2025 rental value of SEK 20.6 mln (€1.8 mln), will be acquired through corporate and property transfers.
Trianon will finance the deal with existing cash and new loans, with occupation set for 30 January 2026.
Olof Andersson, CEO of Trianon, commented: "The acquisition will have a positive impact on Trianon's earnings per share. The portfolio has great potential for value creation and strengthens our presence in Sofielund, where we already own several properties."
