Tritax Big Box Developments announces leadership change

Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD), the development division of Tritax Big Box REIT (TBBR), has announced a strategic change in its senior leadership.

Jonathan Wallis has been appointed as the new managing director, while Andrew Dickman will transition to the role of chairman.
This leadership change is part of TBBD's long-term growth strategy, aiming for continuity and preparing the company for its next growth phase. Jonathan Wallis, a seasoned member of TBBD's Board and head of its Northampton office, brings extensive industry knowledge and a history of successful logistics development projects across the UK. In his new role, he will manage the company's daily operations, focusing on delivering high-quality logistics spaces nationwide.
Andrew Dickman, after 3.5 years as managing director, will now serve as Chairman of TBBD. He will continue to be involved in crucial strategic projects, concentrating on strengthening client relationships and engaging stakeholders to promote both the company and the broader industry. Both Jonathan Wallis and Andrew Dickman will collaborate with TBBR's team and Board, along with fellow TBBD directors Tom Leeming and Will Oliver, to guide the strategic direction of the business.
