UK real estate investor and developer TT Group has sold a prime industrial development site in Croydon, South London, to global real estate firm Kennedy Wilson.

The 1.86-hectare site, located on Horatius Way, has outline planning approval for up to 10,683 m2 of flexible industrial space and has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of £50 mln (€58.9 mln).
The site, previously occupied by BT and demolished in 2024, is currently let to Park Your Truck on a temporary lease and is situated in a key industrial area with other occupiers like Amazon and DHL.

Horatius Way offers occupiers excellent connectivity in a long-standing strategic industrial area, and we are pleased to see a highly established buyer take forward this stand-out opportunity for the development of high-quality, flexible space.”
