In this expanded role, she will focus on strengthening the company's standing as a top program partner across the real estate, infrastructure, and energy & natural resources sectors in the region.

Further leadership changes include Andy Scott, whose role as managing director for defence will now expand to include the infrastructure division. Scott, who joined in 2011, has a strong track record on major projects such as Heathrow and Hinckley Point C. James Corrigan, after two decades of advising on major UK infrastructure programs like HS2 and Crossrail, will move to the United States to take on the role of managing director for the USA.

These leadership adjustments coincide with Turner & Townsend's launch of its business plan to 2030, following a period of substantial growth. The company's global turnover has soared by 638% from 2020 to $7.43 billion, partly driven by its strategic partnership with CBRE Group Inc.

Patricia Moore, managing director, EMEA, Turner & Townsend, said: “Our business goes from strength to strength and these changes both reflect our increased scale across the globe and set us up for the next phase of growth.  We are in a strong position in the UK, having evolved our major programmes capability and footprint over several years. Across our work, clients are navigating a complex and uncertain environment.  Our UK, EMEA-wide and global footprint means that we have a deep understanding of the market so we can manage risk and keep investments on track. Building on James’ excellent work, Andy will bring a wealth of experience to his new position – driving forward major programmes across two areas which are essential to national renewal: infrastructure and defence.”
