European real estate investor and manager TwentyTwo Real Estate has reached an agreement to acquire Terhills Resort in Belgium from LRM.

Terhills Resort
The deal is expected to be finalised on 29 May 2026.
Operated by Center Parcs, the Terhills Resort holiday park spans 63 hectares and features 250 waterfront cottages along with central leisure facilities. It is uniquely situated at the entrance to Hoge Kempen National Park, offering a distinct natural environment. Center Parcs will continue to operate the resort for at least the next decade, ensuring a consistent experience for guests and maintaining its status as a top leisure destination in Limburg, a notable tourism region in Flanders.
Opened in 2021, Terhills Resort is an integral part of a larger, long-term effort to transform the surrounding area into a premier nature, tourism, and leisure hub. The resort offers high-quality accommodation within a distinctive natural setting, drawing strong domestic and international appeal due to its accessibility and integration within a broader leisure and tourism ecosystem.
This acquisition will expand TwentyTwo Real Estate's pan-European footprint in leisure and destination hospitality. It also strengthens its existing partnership with Center Parcs, building on their previous collaboration with the acquisition of Center Parcs Allgäu in Germany in October 2023.
Daniel Rigny, founder and CEO of TwentyTwo Real Estate, commented: “Terhills Resort combines strong hospitality fundamentals with a truly distinctive heritage and sense of place. We are proud to be acquiring an asset that embodies the successful long-term transformation of a unique area in Limburg, and, more broadly, in Flanders. We look forward to working alongside Center Parcs and local stakeholders to build on this momentum over the long term.”
Benjamin Saura-Neri, investment director and head of hospitality of TwentyTwo Real Estate, added: “We are delighted to further strengthen our collaboration with Center Parcs through this transaction. LRM has played a central role in the long-term development and positioning of the resort, and we are pleased to build on this foundation alongside Center Parcs and local stakeholders.”
