This project on Viale dell’Oceano Pacifico will involve building 120 apartments in the first phase, with 35 of them dedicated to promoting social cohesion through accessible housing. An additional 150 units will follow. The initiative aims to blend architectural excellence, energy-saving technology, and green spaces, reflecting Rome's urban renewal and commitment to sustainable land reuse.

UniCredit RE Services, the bank's real estate brokerage firm, will act as a commercial partner, offering its consulting, promotional platform, and national network to support the project's success.

Marianna Plafoni, regional manager for Central Italy at UniCredit, commented: "UniCredit actively finances real estate development through a range of solutions for both construction companies and private clients, supporting market recovery and urban regeneration.”

Wonder SPV is a special-purpose vehicle backed by GWM Group, a UK-based company specialising in alternative investments and private real estate debt.
