Eastwood brings over 25 years of international experience in real estate and workplace delivery, including a recent role as global COO for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions division. There, he managed operational excellence, governance, supply chain, risk, and technology transformation, and oversaw the integration of Turner & Townsend. Before that, he significantly grew CBRE’s EMEA Project Management business.
Fleur Peck, with over two decades of design and strategy experience, will lead clients in developing strategic workplace solutions that prioritise people and business vision. Her focus is on understanding and addressing client challenges related to performance, well-being, culture, collaboration, and spatial needs.
Kate Mason, joining from Woods Bagot, will serve as senior principal, Workplace Design EMEA. With a strong background in interior design and workplace specialisation, she will lead early-stage client engagement, briefing, and concept development across various sectors. Her role will ensure that design aligns with business performance, brand identity, and long-term operational requirements.
As CEO EMEA, Matthew Eastwood will concentrate on strengthening regional alignment and ensuring reliable delivery for clients.
Paul Saville-King, Group CEO of Unispace, commented: “These senior appointments are exactly what our business needs as we continue to focus on the future and invest in the best people to take this business forward. Matthew understands both the complexity of global organisations and the importance of consistent local delivery. His experience across transformation, project execution and operational leadership aligns strongly with our integrated model and our ambition to support clients across the full lifecycle of their spaces. Fleur's and Kate’s appointments further enhance our workplace strategy and design capabilities. They bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the region and will be an asset to the business.”
