Unispace appoints Paul Saville-King as new Group CEO

Paul Saville-King, formerly of CBRE, has been named the new Group CEO of Unispace, a company specialising in workplace strategy, design, and construction.

He will assume the role in February 2026.
Saville-King brings extensive experience from his time at CBRE, where he held various leadership positions, including chief product officer of Global Workplace Solutions and Global President of Project Management. He was responsible for over 10,000 employees worldwide and played a key role in CBRE's investment in Turner & Townsend. His earlier career also includes a decade on the board of Norland Managed Services and seventeen years at Honeywell.
As Group CEO, Saville-King will concentrate on enhancing Unispace's global delivery system, fostering stronger partnerships within the industry, and assisting clients in adapting to evolving real estate markets worldwide.
