Urban Partners, through its NSF V fund, has acquired a substantial portfolio of modern logistics properties from DSV Road and DSV Contract Logistics in Finland.

Finland logistics - DSV, Urban Partners
The transaction involves eight properties totalling over 125,000 m2, strategically located in Finland's primary logistics hubs, particularly within the "growth triangle."
DSV Road and DSV Contract Logistics will continue as long-term tenants across all properties, with Urban Partners' logistics platform, Logicenters, taking over asset management. The portfolio consists of high-quality, modern assets, mostly developed within the last decade, with major facilities near Helsinki Airport in Vantaa, and in the Tampere and Turku regions.
A key focus for the portfolio is energy efficiency and technical performance. Most properties already show excellent energy performance, and Urban Partners plans to pursue ambitious BREEAM environmental certifications. The buildings incorporate renewable energy solutions and modern technical systems to enhance both energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Joonas Lemström, head of Finland, Real Estate, said: “This acquisition provides us with a rare opportunity to acquire, through a single transaction, a nationally significant logistics portfolio fully aligned with our investment strategy. The properties are modern, energy‑efficient and located in key freight transport locations, directly responding to the logistics market’s growing long‑term demand.”
