Urban Partners and Pontos Group divest logistics centre

Urban Partners and Pontos Group have sold a new, state-of-the-art logistics centre at Helsinki Airport to German investor Sicore Real Assets.

This 15,000 m2 facility, completed in summer 2025, serves as DHL Express's main hub and Finnish headquarters, capable of processing over 6,000 parcels per hour. Its prime location next to the runway ensures efficient operations. 
The property, located just north of Helsinki, offers direct access to the airport apron and excellent motorway connections, allowing access to 60% of the Finnish population within a three-hour drive. It includes 11,000 m2 for logistics, 1,800 m2 for service areas, and 2,100 m2 for offices, plus 29 parking spaces. 
The property boasts advanced sustainable features, including geothermal heating and solar panels, aiming for LEED Platinum certification and an A-class energy rating. This sale underscores the strong market demand for high-quality, sustainable logistics assets.
