Värde Partners provides €100m financing to Pandion

Global investment firm Värde Partners has provided German property developer Pandion with €100 mln in financing.

This funding is secured by 13 of Pandion's residential projects in major German cities such as Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart, many of which are already well into development or construction.
This strategic financing was completed alongside an extension of Pandion's corporate bond, solidifying the company's financial foundation and enabling it to continue progressing with its project pipeline.

Reinhold Knodel, CEO of Pandion, added: “Following the closing of the financing with Värde and the extension of our corporate bond, we have laid the foundation for the restructuring of our corporate financing, enabling us to refocus on our core development activities.” 
Cologne-based Pandion is currently planning and developing more than 4,000 high-quality residential units nationwide and approximately 200,000 m2 of modern office space under its Pandion OfficeHome brand.
