Vector Real Estate appoints director of investment & transactions

German residential and commercial property developer Vector Real Estate has appointed Andre Wellmann as director of Investment & Transactions, effective November 1, 2025.

In this role, Wellmann will be responsible for the strategic oversight of acquisitions and sales, as well as advancing the company's project pipeline amidst a competitive market.
Wellmann brings extensive experience in investment and transactions, having previously worked at Arrow Global, where he was instrumental in expanding their German real estate portfolio. Before that, he was with Interboden, which was later acquired by Arrow Capital.
His profound expertise in structuring complex deals, developing projects, and fostering collaborations between institutional investors and developers makes him a valuable asset to Vector Real Estate's management team.
