VGP has expanded its Romanian footprint with the acquisition of a 294,000 m² land plot for the development of VGP Park Oradea, a new state‑of‑the‑art logistics and industrial park in western Romania.

VGP Park Oradea, Romania
The scheme will deliver 133,000 m² of lettable space in one of the region’s fastest‑growing logistics corridors.
Located just outside Oradea, the future park sits three minutes from the DEx16 expressway and 15 minutes from the Borș border crossing, the busiest point on Romania’s western border with Hungary. The site also offers swift access to Oradea International Airport and Oradea Railway Station, providing connectivity to major European transport routes and key Pan‑European corridors.
Oradea has emerged as a critical logistics hub supported by a strong local economy, a well‑developed industrial ecosystem and significant public and private investment.
VGP Park Oradea will offer 133,000 m² of modern space suitable for logistics, manufacturing and commercial uses. The acquisition further expands VGP’s Romanian portfolio, which already includes strategically located parks in Arad, Brașov, Bucharest, Timișoara and Sibiu.
Since entering the market in 2007, VGP has acquired more than 1.7 million m² of modern industrial space, offering nearly 900,000 m² of potential lettable area and integrating advanced sustainable solutions.
