Via Outlets CEO steps down

Via Outlets, an owner and operator of sustainable fashion outlet centres, announced that CEO Otto Ambagtsheer will be stepping down by mutual agreement with the Board.

Ambagtsheer has led the company since 2019, contributing significantly to its platform and portfolio development.

Despite this change, Via Outlets assures that its management and strategic direction, including its growth and asset management strategy, will remain consistent. The Board and senior leadership team will ensure continuity, and an update on future leadership will be provided later.

Founded in 2014 and wholly owned by Dutch investor APG, Via Outlets operates 13 premium fashion outlets in the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, offering over 1,430 stores across 360,000 m2 of GLA.
