VIA Outlets expands Vila do Conde Porto Fashion Outlet

VIA Outlets has expanded the Vila do Conde Porto Fashion Outlet, increasing the centre's gross lettable area by 6,500 m² and bringing the total to 31,000 m².

The expansion introduces 31 new stores and four new restaurants to the sole premium outlet in northern Portugal, acquired by VIA Outlets in 2017.
The newly added retail and food and beverage offerings include new brand partners making their debut at the outlet, such as Lottusse, New Era, Pandora, Pedro del Hierro, Tommy Hilfiger Kids, Vans, Volcom, Urban Project, Boutique dos Relogios, and Zara Home For&From. These additions are complemented by renovated spaces for existing popular brands like Armani, Lindt, Rituals, and Tommy Hilfiger.
Designed by the internationally acclaimed L35 studio, the project features spacious, naturally lit areas, abundant green spaces, and the incorporation of natural materials, all while drawing inspiration from the rich architecture and culture of the Porto region.
The centre has achieved the highest BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ sustainability rating, thanks to innovative features such as rainwater harvesting, solar panels, low-consumption LED lighting, and smart energy efficiency processes.
Dining options have been significantly enhanced, with Vila 953 offering refined Portuguese cuisine with Mediterranean influences, and Delfina presenting creative, informal dining. A new VIP Lounge has been introduced to elevate the overall shopping experience.
