Vigam appoints director of Investments & Capital Raising

Real estate asset manager Vigam, jointly owned by K-Fastigheter and Viga Group, has appointed Fredrik Kronström as director – Investments & Capital Raising.

In this role, he will be instrumental in the company's establishment and future expansion, focusing primarily on acquiring residential property portfolios in Sweden's major metropolitan areas.

Vigam is owned 40% by K-Fastigheter and 60% by Viga Group. The company will manage real estate funds and investment platforms alongside external investors. It has already acquired 681 residential units, including existing assets and projects under development. The initial phase involved 264 residential units in Gothenburg, Ale, and Vänersborg, with a second phase expected to add 417 units currently under construction in Gothenburg and Ale.

Fredrik Kronström brings extensive experience in Nordic real estate and capital markets, specialising in real estate investments and financial advisory. He previously served as a key member of Rothschild & Co's Nordic real estate advisory team. His prior roles include positions at Pareto Securities, Catella, and the family office Vasaparken.
