European residential real estate company Vonovia has partnered with ATechX, a startup accelerator focused on proptech, to foster innovation in the industry.

Vonovia will contribute its extensive experience in managing over 500,000 apartments across Germany, Sweden, and Austria to help startups develop and refine solutions for challenges in areas such as energy efficiency, IoT, and construction digitalization.
Initiated by Aroundtown, ATechX serves as a hub for innovation in the property sector, connecting leading industry organizations with emerging startups. This partnership network, which encompasses entities such as noa, Fifth Wall, and Round Hill Capital, is designed to provide startups with the chance to solve real-world industry problems and jointly develop innovative technologies alongside experienced partners.
