Walker & Dunlop expands EMEA Capital Markets team

Walker & Dunlop, Inc. has expanded its European platform by hiring Tim Gibb as managing director of Capital Markets EMEA.

Based in London, Gibb brings over two decades of experience in commercial real estate lending and capital markets.

In his new role, Gibb will focus on securing debt and equity capital for institutional clients throughout Western Europe. He previously served as a managing director at Wells Fargo, where he was a key member of their commercial real estate lending team, specialising in various asset classes, including industrial, logistics, multifamily, student housing, data centres, office, and retail.

Gibb's expertise covers the entire real estate debt process, from origination and underwriting to structuring and execution. He has advised on a wide range of financings, including mortgage-secured, share-secured, unsecured, and back-leverage, across different market cycles.
