Wallenstam divests mixed-use property in Sweden to KPA Pension

Swedish property company Wallenstam is selling an architecturally acclaimed residential and commercial building in Central Nacka, to KPA Pension for SEK 822 mln (€73 mln).

Nacka Grace, featuring 169 rental apartments and 12 commercial premises, was inspired by the Swedish Grace design movement and has been recognized with several awards, including Sweden's Finest New Construction 2024 and the Urban Design Award 2024 from Nacka Municipality. 
The sale, encompassing 9,780 m2 of lettable area, will transfer ownership to KPA Pension on October 31, 2025.
The Nacka Sicklaön 134:36 asset property is environmentally certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver. It is located near the future metro line.
