The €23.5 million acquisition was completed through a contribution in kind, with 1,111,141 new WDP shares issued at €21.19 per share, strengthening shareholders’ equity by approximately €23.5 million.

Following remediation and demolition of existing industrial infrastructure, WDP plans to develop a next‑generation logistics campus of around 55,000 m² GLA from 2028 onwards, with incremental capex of roughly €35 million. Total investment is expected to reach €60 million, targeting an 8.5% NOI yield. The site’s substantial power capacity also enables additional value‑accretive, power‑intensive developments over time.

Located in Antwerp with direct access to the E34 motorway, rail and inland waterway infrastructure, the site will benefit further from the planned Oosterweel Link, enhancing connectivity across the wider Antwerp logistics region. The acquisition forms part of WDP’s strategy to replenish long‑term development reserves, with the company securing approximately €145 million of new land positions year‑to‑date across Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Romania.

Following the capital increase, WDP’s total capital amounts to €277.2 million, represented by 241,949,082 fully paid‑up ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right. The new shares represent around 0.46% of the total share count and are expected to be admitted to trading on Euronext Brussels and Amsterdam from 3 September 2026.
