WDP appoints new Italy country manager

WDP has appointed Benjamin Khafi Grynfas as its new country manager for Italy, effective 1 May 2026.

This move, along with a recent similar appointment in Spain, strengthens WDP's leadership in Southern Europe and aligns with its "Blend&Extend2030" goal to become a €10 bn+ European platform.

Grynfas brings extensive experience from DHL Supply Chain, where he led Real Estate Solutions for Southern Europe. He also previously served as country manager for Gazeley in Italy and headed the Industrial Department at CBRE.

His appointment signifies WDP's official entry into the Italian market. Having local leadership is crucial for identifying new opportunities and acting quickly in the Italian logistics sector, where strong regional connections are key to securing prime space. This local team will benefit from WDP's financial backing and specialised expertise.
