The move marks another milestone in WDP’s evolution as a leading European logistics real estate platform and reflects the growing strategic importance of France within the group’s footprint.

The Paris listing is designed to strengthen WDP’s visibility among French and international investors, broaden access to its shares and further align its capital markets presence with its European growth ambitions.
WDP has significantly accelerated its expansion in France since 2024, scaling its portfolio from around €165 million to nearly €1 billion today. Supported by a dedicated local team in Paris, the company has established a strong commercial platform for continued growth.

“France has become an increasingly important part of WDP’s European ambitions and is essential to serving our clients across Europe,” said Joost Uwents, CEO of WDP. “In recent years, we have significantly scaled our presence. A listing in Paris is a logical extension of that industrial rationale, particularly in light of our proposed combination with ARGAN, which would give WDP significantly greater scale in this key European logistics market.”

The Paris listing comes ahead of WDP’s proposed combination with ARGAN, expected to complete in Q1 2027. The transaction would expand WDP’s French platform to more than €5 billion, creating a €13 billion+ European logistics real estate leader.

Adding Euronext Paris as a third trading venue will provide a local trading venue for French shareholders expected to join WDP upon completion of the ARGAN combination.
